Review: These are unique ice packs. They arrived in a dry state, the packs need to be submerged in water first to expand the material in the blue packs. Once they had expanded, i put them in the freezer. The material did not leak and maintained the puffy shape. The packs fit well and easily into the soft black holder and the straps are elastic with velcro on the end to secure. I actually cut one pack in half to use on a child and it did not leak. It maintains a cold temperature for more than 15 min. I just threw it back into the freezer after use, no need to put more water on it. It has been used on multiple injuries, insect bites, migraine pain relief and to chill breast milk when we were in a pinch. I would buy again as it has been very versatile, not messy and great value.

These are unique ice packs. They arrived in a dry state, the packs need to be submerged in water first to expand the material in the blue packs. Once they had expanded, i put them in the freezer.
