We have had this for a few years now. Still have this same one. It still works! It helps our muscle pains when they come up. It is very comforting to use. Great product! It lasted a lot longer than I expected!

It works as advertised, and is well made, and also delivers more current than I expected. In some areas of my body, I have to turn it down a few notches, because the current is too strong. This Tool will make your Muscles "Jump", once you have hit upon a Nerve location.The only thing I don't like about it, is that I can't use it on Someone else, it's strictly for your own use.I haven't used it enough to say whether or not it helps with muscle pain, but it seems to have helped my Shoulder pain. For what I paid, this is Definitely a Great Deal, I Highly recommend getting one, if you have Muscle pain...

I bought this because I had a friend let me try something similar, I had a cesarean 10 years ago and I never stopped having pain on that part of my stomach ever since, I tried this electric massager once it was a automatic difference, I had to buy one, but too expensive, this one I came across and it was alot more inexpensive. I bought it and already tried it, my pain is almost completely gone, only one side I still have a little pain, I will work on that spot some more, and hope it goes completely away. I can't explain it, but it definitely worked for me. I am only giving it 4 stars because it is a little annoying to hold because it shocks your hand.

Not what i was expecting. Product worked perfectly fine but it was not what i wanted. The pen does its job but feels like its shocking you over and over and it really wasnt what i was looking for

Product arrived the next day after ordering. Opened package and there was a small orange lid container that had a small amount of gel to use on areas being treated. The gel dried up before you could even get the pen up to the area to treat it. Waste of gel. Was able to treat my palms on both hands for the recommended time 20 minutes on each hand for two days; it actually did help them feel better. Went to use on my shoulders and the pen did not seem to be as strong. Had it set on the highest setting, '9' , and could not feel it the same way I did in my hands on a '3'. Thought maybe battery was going dead, switched the battery to a brand new out of package one and tried again, even with different tips, on different settings, and only felt mild stings now and then on a setting of '6' . Tried again on my hands and felt absolutely nothing, no stings, no shocks, nothing. I even moved the setting all the way up to '9' , and went up and down my arm, along my veins, whereas my fingers and muscles should be dancing around like crazy especially on a setting of '9' , there was not as much of a twich. Switched out batteries, tried flipped them around just in case, nope nothing; the dang unit was not working any more. 2 USES AND IT DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE? ALL FOR THE GREAT PRICE OF $23.95, PLUS SHIPPING AND TAXES; ISN'T THAT A GREAT DEAL EVERYONE! NOT. I would not recommend this to any other sucker out there. This was the biggest waste of $24 dollars I have ever spent. If you want to blow $24 on something you get 2 uses out of, at least get some better pleasure out of them them then this. There are several different selections on Amazon that are the same price, some even come with 3 or more pens; at least there you would have more uses out of it. Or a chance that one of the pens might work better. Do you research and make sure if you're going to throw your money away, you know what your getting. **Update - I contacted customer service and was offered to be sent a new pen and new gel (3 total) at no cost to me. I have used the pen a few times, and if I am to be honest, this pen is lasting longer and is stronger in its "shocking". I will continue to use, but I am optimistic on if it is really working like it claims. Many users are correct, you are the ground for the process to work; it even says so in the booklet. So yes, you feel it in your other hand. Be mindful in your purchase and just know what your buying. I will say that their customer service is very polite and did everything quickly and without haste to correct my issues. That is the best thing out of this entire purchase. I would rather have a refund to be honest, but I got what I paid for I guess!**

I do have to say, I had some wrist pain after being on the computer so I set this to 1 and massaged the area and the pain was gone 👍. I got this for my husband who has elbow pain, I can’t say anything for him but it’s an interesting device. I don’t use it higher than one but he’s had it on 3 on his neck and it’s crazy 😄, he gets this spot that makes his whole shoulder and arm jump like crazy. I didn’t know about these devices until recently but it’s neat to have (and cheap) so worth it I guess. I also use this when I have some knee pain and I believe it eases the ache. Oh one thing, I have nerve damage in my leg (epidural gone bad) and I tried it on that area and it HURT 😬 so I just don’t recommend that.

Me and husband have been fighting over who gets to use this first! I have been having trouble with my shoulder used it the first night we got and for the first time in a long time I woke up with no pain in my shoulder!! Hubby felt relief in his neck and shoulder about use! We are getting ready to purchase another one. The attachments are easy to change out. Husband said it feels cheap but it does what it is designed to do and to me that is what matters!

Was great for pain relief and releasing muscle spasms before it broke. And then broke in several more ways. First, the part the different tips screw into fell out after a few months and would not carry the current - I managed to secure that part back in place, but then the control dial stopped working, and would just go blank trying to turn above the lowest setting and doesn't function. It beeps, but the setting does not change and the electric pulse is not happening. It wouldn't even shut off properly though - it seems like an electrical problem, I have to pull the battery out to get the light to turn off. Now it doesn't work at all, even on the lowest setting. I would like to replace it because it worked so well for the first few months, but I don't want to just buy a new one because if I buy it twice I've essentially paid $50 and it's clearly not worth that if it falls apart so easily.
