Hello, I was hoping i could get an answer from the seller directly. My question is regarding the mold situation. is there a way to prevent it?

There is no mold. They are individually packaged sealed in a plastic. They are not reusible.

Is anyone else has a trouble after having them 6months? They fully dried out in the package and it’s only expires 2022/07 🤔

Half of mine are dried out and the other half moldy. I keep mine in a temperature controlled area out of the sun. Some came with only one pad in them.

do these contain latex?

Aloe has latex proteins in it that are naturally occurring in the skin of the plant.
