When I don't take my celery seed capsules within a few days my body starts to show signs such as less efficient voiding. Also I get ankle swelling when I don't use celery capsules so that in itself says a lot. I missed a few days when I was waiting for my order and I hadn't had sold ankles for almost an entire year when that happened before when I moved and couldn't find them. So? That in itself tells me these are Lifesavers. Packaged in a very neat bottle that looks attractive.
