The original Alka Seltzer have always been my go to when I have over indulged giving me a headache and unsettled tummy. Latterly they have been difficult to find with only the XS version available which don’t deal with indigestion. Then I found these Alka Seltzer Gold online and they seem to be the real deal.

They are really the business does what it says
I use theses mainly for indigestion they are very good iam in spain but going back at xmas so I will see if I can get a few packs but if not I will use amazon

The Alka Seltzer Gold arrived on time and packaged very well. I ordered this item on line because they don't sell it in the drug store anymore, not sure why. I have been using alka seltzer gold for occasinonal indigestion and it works very well, and it doesn't have the sodium in it that regular alka seltzer has, so i would recommend this product and seller to others.

This has no aspirin, perfect for people on blood thinners who aren't allowed aspirin. It's a great and very simple heartburn treatment. I haven't found a substitute that doesn't have sweeteners or other extraneous additives.

This version of Alka-Seltzer is great if you want to limit Acetaminophen in your life. I save the regular Alka-Seltzer for when it's really bad. And use the Gold version for mild discomfort.

Really wish these weren't discontinued. Alka Seltzer Gold really helps me when I'm detoxing.
