How long will this cheese last in the fridge?** A: Not 100% sure, but this cheese is no “sissy” ... this will definitely retain it’s stank through Christmas and beyond. I was raised by a CRT TV set, and good a healthy dose of Looney Tunes, which I enjoy to this day. This iconic stuff is literally, even aside from the money, the best cheese I've ever tasted. The smell is like stomach acid, but you have to get within about 4cm to actually smell it. If you nic the rind off, it's gone, and you are left without the whole experience, but still it's so rounded, rich, and just deep. I wish it was in the local store, or cheaper, because it's a niche product and all - anyway, totally worth it. Cheaper if you go to the seller's site, but hey, I didn't know what then. The dragon is the smell, and if you can get past that, the treasure is the taste. Well there ain't no freaking treasure. It smells like a fat, juicy bird that's been rotting on a hot sidewalk foe a week. And it tastes EXACTLY like it smells. Wretchedly putrid.
