I have been using this Oakter 12V UPS for my Wi-Fi router Since Sep 2025, and it has been performing very well. During power cuts, it switches over seamlessly without interrupting my internet connection, which is especially useful for work. The installation was simple, the build quality feels good, and the backup time is satisfactory for my needs. The only issue I faced was that the POWER ON Indicator Light is not glowing after 4 months. Their Customer Service thru on-line understood and explained in detail about the issue. Otherwise the performance is good so far.Overall, it is a reliable and well-designed product that does exactly what it promises. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an uninterrupted Wi-Fi connection during power outages.

I have purchased this Mini UPS twice and overall, I am very satisfied with the product. It provides reliable backup for my WiFi router during power cuts and works exactly as advertised. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the company's customer service. After I raised a complaint, the support team promptly approved the replacement, and I received a new UPS within just 2 days. Raising a service request was somewhat cumbersome and took longer than expected. A more streamlined and user-friendly support process would make the overall experience even better. Product is Good and Customer service is also good & Supportable. I had received a UPS which is not compatible with my Airtel Xtream Fiber Wi fi Router so I complained direct in OKTER and than they listen me solve my problem and gave me a new fresh compatible product through their own courier service within 6 days and than I returned their old product via courier which is paid by OKTER So overall Experience with OKTER is Good. Things Related to Product is :- 1. Power supply is maximum 2 hour when it will full charge and it will take at least 4 hour to full charge so company's claim of 4 hour backup is not exact true. it is totally depends on your router type and your uses style but yes you will not feel to power cut if you face power cut for little time period like 1 hour etc. 2. It is compatible with most of the famous company routers but I will suggest that you must check the compatibility issue before purchase. the company already mentioned it in their description 3. Yaa, You can say it is value for money because all other brands UPS is costly than it 4. So overall worth it if you find a low budget UPS for short time power cut problem and if you are finding long time backup than you should switch to other OKTER Products and Other Companies UPS but remember that these will costly than it so you have to increase your budget for it

Writing this review after exactly 1 year of usage. At start it gave 3 hrs of back up approximately. Later in 6 months it downgrade to 2 hrs till month of 8-10. After exactly 1 year it does not work for 15 mins now. So after one year you cannot claim the warranty and this is useless now.

This is a great product. I bought it 2 years ago and it has constantly given at least 3 hours of back. It is easy to install and is best at this price. Recently i discovered the backup was reduced and I reached out to their customer support. Their team was kind enough to replace my product even after expiration of the warranty. I would certainly recommend this product.

The Mini WiFi Router worked well for the first 10 months, but then it stopped working. I had to claim the warranty, and it took 2 days to get the replacement approved after a lot of discussion. The warranty claim process needs improvement, as customers don’t have time to spend 3–4 hours chatting with customer support. The replacement device is working fine so far. I will update this review again after using it for another 6 months to share my experience with its long-term performance.
