A bit "greasier" than my preference. I like the firmer consistency of the PALACIOS chorizo more. Too bad this costs so much more than theirs. Tastes fine bit again, I like flavor of PALACIOS better.

Have ordered twice and it’s awesome

I make pea soup with chorizo. Always used supermarket brands in the past. This chorizo was a real game changer - so tasty and not chewy. Will definitely buy again.

There are subtle taste differences with chorizo. This one was very good but not my top favorite.

Unfortunately the chorizo was very old that was bass and flavor specifically the color was not that should be; The radiant paprika collor, for the same reason the flavor was gone and being so old become better. I believe that if it will be a fresh chorizo the flavor will be fine, I was ready to return it but I feel embarrass after I tested to wrap it and send it back. I will give it a try it again eventually.
