Omg this works! But make sure you are near a bathroom because it will shoot out like LAVA!!! If you’ve seen the movie Brides Maids, the scene trying on the bridal gowns…THIS IS JUST LIKE THAT!! Lol tmi but baby Jesus this cleans everythinggggg out your system. The detox is real. I take it every few weeks when feeling bloated. I’m also irregular with bowel movements so maybe that’s why this works this way for me. But please be aware, I had to work from home for two days on this lol. It does make you feel light as a feather once the detox is finally done. But woooah! Be prepared and make sure you have somewhere comfortable to go!

Was exitced to give these a try, but they didn't pan out. The bottle comes half full and for the price you should get way more then 60 pills. They were not effective at all, even though I took them as stated. There is no taste to the pills, but the capsules can get stuck too roof of mouth when trying to swallow them. After 2weeks of use, I did notice stomach pain when taking them. Appetite suppressant wasn non-existent, had more cravings for snacks. This was not worth the money and I would not but it again.

Only early still, but these are making a difference. Doing a lot less snacking which automatically has me feeling better and sleeping noticeably better. My focus is on having three healthy meals per day and since beginning on these pills I've found that my hunger levels have been a lot more routine and it's been a lot easier to stick to my healthy meal schedule. Very happy with the effect on my life and my progress so far.

I’m actually happy with this, because the ingredients are clear and not too complicated and I don’t think they’re dangerous. I just don’t like hyperinflated claims on supplements. These are easy to take, just one before breakfast and one before dinner. I tell myself I won’t be as hungry and won’t need to eat as much, and then I don’t. But it’s probably closer to self hypnosis than actual effect. There is no magic pill or magic wand for weight loss. Move as much as possible and eat healthy stuff, and eventually you’ll be at your own healthy weight. I’ve had zero negative side effects, and I’ll continue to take these daily. As with all supplements, do your own research. And do NOT expect any pill to erase what you put in your mouth.

Unfortunately this didn't work for me. I did keep it tho. I was buying myself time until I could get back on my other medication.

I ordered these to try to help with my appetite. I’ve been trying to lose weight for a while now, cardio, walking & watching what I eat. To be honest the eating part is the hardest part for me. So I thought I would give them a try. The directions indicate to take 1 before breakfast and dinner. I never remember to take the one before dinner only breakfast. Of course it doesn’t tell you how long before the meal to take them but I don’t have breakfast as soon as I get up so I take it before I come downstairs, then log on for work and make a smoothie. So it’s about 15-20 minutes I guess. I do feel for the last few days that I don’t have the urge to want to snack between meals and I have been taking them for about 3 weeks now. Again only 1 per day. I don’t really see a change in weight so not sure if that’s because I’m only taking 1 instead of 2 per day or they don’t actually work, thus the reason for the 4 stars. The pills themselves aren’t too big & as long as you take them with a good size gulp of water they go down pretty smooth. They don’t have any taste to them other than the typical taste with “plastic” casing has.

Lost weight felt great and still was hungry but it kept me going for a long time so not mad at it
