I will have these multi-vitamins for a very long time. The 2-pack is a great value and totally worth the price. They are decent size pills, so if you have any issues taking larger pills these may not be for you. The taste is not bad at all, there is a slight coating so I typically swallow these before there is any taste of pills or vitamins in my mouth. These do have your typical vitamin scent to them, but it isn't bad. I have a very sensitive stomach and have trouble with a lot of different pills and food, these do not bother my stomach at all which is a really big plus!! These are awesome vitamins and have added calcium and vitamin D. Highly recommend if you are looking for a multi-vitamin!

I have been taking this forever. I am still in great health for an octogenarian. I can't claim that it kept me alive all of these years, but I will say that it hasn't done any harm.

I'm not sure if any of these diets can provide all the nutrients I need, so I take one of them every day. As I said, I don't know if they are effective, but they definitely make me feel much better!
