So very happy that this product lived up to the manufacturers claims. It works! I spent a ton of time looking for the right dongle to go with my iPhone 13. I am not ready to upgrade my phone. Don’t need to and I won’t pay for over priced Cloud service. So I wanted to off load all my pics and vid’s stored on my iPhone. So along with a SSD drive ( which they say you can’t use with a phone with a lightning connection …not true…with a bit of a work around ) this dongle solved the comparability issue. SSD drives need power that is fur-filled by the iPhone but only with a USB c cord ) lighting cord is not able to power SSD card. This dongle allowed me to utilize the lightning connection. Plug the SSD drive into the dongles USB-a ….plug the dongle into the phone and the lighting connection on the dongle ( with a lighting cable connected to a charging block ) supplies the power. I even tested it on a Seagate HHD drive I had laying around and it worked as well. I’ll be using the SSD drive instead because it’s smaller and I can easily travel with it. Long story short. So far ( and I do not for see issues ) this dongle works.

I'm using this to connect my piano keyboard to my iPad mini to use with Duolingo. It works perfectly for that. I tried mist a cable, but the power draw was such it wouldn't connect and I just got an error message. With this it works. For other apps it produces a great sound. The cables hold securely. It is easy to use. It's a good product at a good price.

Works perfectly. Just keep in mind that an SSD or HDD connected to this dongle will almost certainly need external power (from a powered USB hub). Works great with USB flash drives without requiring external power. I use a 128GB flash drive to dump/transfer photos and videos. Just be aware that this dongle only accepts USB-A for data, and Lighting for pass-through charging for your phone. It is not USB-C compatible. .

Lightning connections, that work, are getting hard to find. This worked absolutely perfect for a tethered hotspot between IPhone mini and iPad mini 5. No more dropped BT connections. Cheap valued solution.

This is a great product and has good potential to be better. Great value, quality, and most importantly, it works. The only drawback of this product is that when an AUX port is connected, phone call audio doesn't transfer over AUX, only music works.

It doesn’t charge my iPad. I wanted to use it to connect to my digital piano while charging, but plugging the same cable that the iPad charges with into the adapter results in nothing.

Doesn't work. Supposed to provide data transfer between an iPad lightning model and a usbc device but it does not work - it gets power but does not recognise the device.

Disappointed. I can charge my IPad with it but I cannot transfer photos from my camera to my IPad which is what I bought it for.

It didn’t work when I tried to use it. I managed to find an alternative however
