I started taking the Depo Provera shot for birth control in April 2018 and for the first month It was pure bliss, I didn’t have any side effects and did not have any menstral issues. May 2018 I did however and that was ongoing up until my next shot which was July 2018. Second time around I explained to the nursing staff the issues I’d been experiencing and my prolonged bleeding and they told me it was normal and the second shot would ease and balance out my symptoms. They did not and I menstruated through the months of July, August and September - up until my third shot. I was weary about getting the shot for the third time and wanted so badly to not bleed any more. It had been 5 almost 6 months of this madness and I was desperate for anything to change it. I got the third shot anyway and a few days after doing so I stumbled upon this product. It sounded like the exact thing I needed and I figured at this point it was work a shot. I’ve been taking one tablet everyday for the past five weeks and have noticed a world of difference. Four days after taking this product my period stoped. I couldn’t believe it. I missed two days in a row of taking this pill and my period came back, I started taking them again and they’ve completely gone away. I know this is the miracle worker and the difference maker in my routine and I will take them so long as I am on BC. I’m so very grateful.

I was nearing 40 and even with a Mirena IUD, my hormonal swings around my period time were out of control. For 3 days a month I had uncontrollable rage and I took it out on my husband and my kids. I have a PCOS. I’ve been taking it for 2 weeks. I can see my acne got a little bit better. I take it together with B5 vitamins. I haven’t notice any changes in my mood. The smell is okey.

4 weeks of taking this and instead of crippling period pain, I didn't even notice the onset. This is truly miracle stuff because normally I would be in agonyfor days . Also no breast tenderness at all! After many MANY years of suffering from terrible PMS and pain, i'm just sorry i hadn't discovered this product 2 decades ago. I highly recommend it and have just ordered another 4 bottles of the stuff.

I only got this product a week ago and can already see and feel the results. I love all the extra added factors to it that i lack in my diet. The only thing i don't care for is the smell. In all honesty it smells like, poo or hunger breath . I just try to get past it as i take them, but if someone from the company can explain what I'm smelling that would be great! Overall, it has already started working on my balancing my hormones. If i can get past the smell and i continue to see results once this bottle is gone i will buy again. Please let me know thanks!

I had been having hot flashes 4 to 5 times a day. I started taking one EstroSmart tablet each morning. After a week, my hot flashes had stopped. Approximately 6 months later, I started getting 2-3 hot flashes per day, so I increased my EstroSmart dosage to two tablets every other day (one tablet on the off days). Again, my hot flashes stopped. Also, I have 3 teenage daughters. One was experiencing horrible monthly menstrual cramps and one daughter's period was lasting two weeks. The third daughter was SO moody each month with PMS and some months, her period would last 10 days. They each started taking an EstroSmart capsule daily, and their symptoms greatly improved. After 4 weeks, the two daughters with long-lasting menstrual cycles found that their periods started changing and since then the periods have only lasted 6-8 days each month. A huge improvement! Hello all. Since getting off birth control in the summer of 2012, I have struggled to lose the weight gained during and after discontinued use and NOTHING was happening. Briefly, I changed my diet after my dietician recommended that I may be insulin resistant and though small changes occurred, I still had crazy water retention everytime I ate so much as a potato. I used this product, and did so after researching estrogen dominance as a possible cause for my insulin resistance issues as well as PCOS. After just one week of use, I am so happy I took this product. After 1 week, I am sleeping better, and I have noticed that my water retention issues are gone! My stomach looks much flatter already! I am going to try Glucosmart too for my insulin resistancei ssues and will make a review there as well. I assure you, this is something that's worth the $$$. Better than the various drugstore supplements I've tried which honestly add up to this amount of money spent to have NONE of these effects.

I am perimenopauseal and have horrible hormone imbalance, I have also had some irregular papsmears in the past. I was told I had a highly irregular papsmear and they wanted a biopsy, so I did my research and found this product. I decided not to have the biopsy and instead I took estrosmart for 3 months and went back to have another pap. This time it was completely clear! And I felt so much better! I take these everyday and when I skip or run out I can tell a huge difference in my mood! I will never be without it again.

I’m 48, off birth control and only been taking Estrosmart for a few days, but I’ve already noticed that my skin has cleared up and I have less of those annoying little hairs growing on my chin, which I never thought would happen. Before starting Estrosmart I had to use my Flawless hair remover on my chin at least once a day! I’m looking forward to seeing what this product will do the longer I take it. Thanks Lorna! * Also wanted to add that yes, they smell awful but the way around that is to take a small bite of an energy bar or something to get the taste out of your mouth. :) Update: 7 months later…I have been taking 2 of these pills daily and everything I said before is still true. What I didn’t mention was that I had irregular spotting prior to starting these, went to my doc, had tests and nothing is wrong. That was one of the main reasons I chose this product. This is the only thing that regulated my periods again. This past week I ran out of pills and guess what? Yep, spotting on my 4th day off of them. So I guess I need to keep taking these until I stop getting my period. A bit costly but I’d rather this and have a period once a month than have irregular periods. Hope this helps.

I don't use this super consistently, but when I do, I notice a difference in my hormonal acne and the pain of my period. Being consistent is best, but even without being consistent, I love that I am helping my body get rid of excess hormones.

I am SHOCKED how well these vitamins have evened out my emotions. I went from being on the edge of tears most days and even worse around my menstrual cycle to being so much better balanced. I like them so much I even signed up for automatic renewal and shipping of them as I don’t want to be without. Other people have mention smell or taste issues and I haven’t experienced any of that

Great results! I have been using it since 2022 ( for 3-4 months with a gap between), and the results were terrific. I regretted stopping it last year and used hormone therapy instead, which caused me shortness of breath, and stopped it right away, and bout it again this week :)

I’m one of those people who never writes reviews but read a lot of them, so I hope this helps women researching this product. 31 years old and have ALWAYS experienced horrible pms symptoms at least 2 weeks before my cycle. It usually started with super sore, swollen breasts which evolves into all-day fatigue, stomach aches/cramps and overall irritability. I bought these out of desperation after reading many positive reviews and have been SO happy with this purchase! I try to take 2 a day, but the breast pain is completely gone and I experience little to no pms symptoms leading to my period. I definitely see a difference in my mood when I forget to take it, so I’ve become a regular user at this point. No side effects and I’ve taken it on an empty stomach without issue…but everyone is right about the smell cause it’s not pleasant.
