I purchased this for my son for Christmas. It took about 2 hours for myself and 13 old son to assemble, I added a small amount of loc-tight to insure the screws didn't vibrate loose during prolonged use. Unfortunately Two weeks after we built it we were hit with some large storms in California. The trampoline took flight, cleared the fence and traveled about 60 feet landing on my neighbor's back patio (landing on it's side). My son loved that trampoline and was on it non-stop until the storm hit.Once the rain had stopped I assessed the damage and decided to call the company to inquire about replacement parts and what the cost would be. Linda the customer service rep. was very helpful and reassured me that finding the correct parts and getting them ordered would not be an issue. After telling her my story she was nice enough to offer me a discount on the replacement parts and an anchor system to install after rebuilding the trampoline, I thought this was awesome they defiantly went above and beyond with communication and customer service. I would defiantly recommend to anyone out there, although this is a quality product you really should invest in an ANCHOR SYSTEM!Thank You Linda for taking the time to insure that I was taken care of and my son was able to get back out there and bounce!!-Eric ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very happy with this purchase. A few assembly tips. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on June 30, 2019* I was a little leery because of some of the mixed reviews on this trampoline. I did notice that most of the negative ones were from about 4-5 years ago and most of the newer reviews were more positive.I purchased the Skytric 15 foot trampoline. I chose this trampoline because I needed a higher weight capacity. My boys are sturdy boys and my oldest is 5'9'' and 150 lbs at age 13. I wanted a trampoline that could handle their size as they grow. This trampoline advertises a weight limit of 330 but the assembly manual actually says do not exceed 500 lbs. I am a 5' 1'' woman and was able to easily assemble this with only by myself with only my 8 year old to assist me. I consider myself and my 8 year old both patient and slightly above average when it comes to putting things together.A few notes on things that we had to do slightly differently than what the instructions said.1. After assembling the legs, the instructions have you assemble the main ring of the frame and then put the legs on. I'm not sure how this would be possible without at least 3-4 adults to lift the main frame ring at the same time. We attached the pieces of the main frame ring one at a time to the assembled legs working our way around the trampoline until the circle was complete.2. Two of the pre-drilled screw holes holding the main frame ring together were slightly off and did not line up. We could see each portion of the hole but could not fit the screws in. We did not feel that this would effect the structural integrity of the trampoline once it was completely assembled with the springs and mat attached since they will also work to hold the frame in place. However, we took the provided screws into the hardware store and bought a couple of slightly smaller options to find one that would thread through the holes since they were slightly off.3. An extra assembly tip that is important to know if you do not frequently assemble things....When you first place screws in, leave them slightly loose until the entire assembly is complete. This makes the entire project more flexible and easy to manipulate as you are trying to get all of the pieces to fit. At the end of the project go back and tighten the screws. I'm also assuming on a trampoline you will need to go back and tighten the screws regularly.4. When assembling a trampoline always make sure that you follow the spring placement and attachment instructions exactly. If you don't, you will not be able to stretch the springs and will have to start over. After placing the first 4 springs, then the next 4 springs according to the directions.... Work in a circle adding one new spring to each existing cluster of springs to keep the tension across the mat even.5. We live in Indiana where winds can be high and staked our trampoline to the ground from the start. We have a neighbor who's trampoline ended up about 40 feet of the ground in a tree. So if winds may ever be an issue in your area, always stake it to the ground.My son and I worked on this in 3 one hour segments (mostly because it was very hot). The last step of sewing the bottom of the net on was the most tedious part and took about 45 extra minutes at the very end.This trampoline seems sturdy and we are very happy with it for now. I will update after about a year for feedback on how it is holding up. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Long springs give it good bounce. I love the top of the enclosure; it's a flexible but somewhat rigid loop made of tent stakes as found on a dome tent, so the sides don't cave at the top. I've been a gymnast my whole life, also coach and judge, so I have a lot of knowledge of trampolines. Of course not a competition quality trampoline; that would honestly be too springy for a back yard trampoline and super unsafe. And you will find better trampolines at gymnastics centers and those indoor trampoline parks, but you shouldn't expect that much from a back yard trampoline.
