Great valve
This worked well for my small scale brine shrimp hatchery. Very simple valve. Itโs easy to control the flow

Simple, Adjustable Airline Valves - Great for Dripping
These are a simple adjustable airline valve used to restrict water flow through airline tubing. They make it easy to turn down the flow from a stream, to a rapid drip, to a slow drip. This makes drip acclimating fish or invertebrates easy! You can turn the valve knob to dial in the flow rate. This is very useful in an aquarium for slow releasing salinity or chemical additives in solution into your aquarium. For example, to slowly drip concentrated saltwater to raise the overall salinity slowly over an hour. However, these are not shutoff valves - just flow restrictors. They are also light weight and probably not ideal for fixed plumbing.

Used to Control Aerator Flow
I use thes to control the aerator flow to my 500 gallon Koi pond. They work great and are press on, just clip the line and insert the valve.

These are perfect for controlling your flow
These are perfect for controlling your flow. I can turn off the flow, make it drip extremely slow, and go all teh way up to a full stream, with precise control. I highly recommend these for people who need to really control the flow perfectly. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because I paid 18.23 for these valves about a week ago, and now it's $14.33. I'm not sure why there was a 4$ difference taken off randomly, but I figured I would mention it to those who are interested and see the price is higher. Wait a few days, and see if it changes.

Great for DIY brine shrimp hatchery
Took a while to figure out where closed position was located. I kept turning it thinking that rotaing the dial would close the flow down in degrees like the other flow control valves I have of a different design. However, closed position is turning the arrow to the side. Open is where the arrow points in either direction lengthwise along the tubing/spigots. This is actually better for my purposes, as you can very quickly go from open to closed without a lot of time consuming knob twiddling They are being used to open and close the harvesting tube from a brine shrimp hatchery bottle. I also use one to open and close the air bubbler line for the same custom hatchery bottle, which I made from a tutorial on YouTube, using CO2 screw caps that fit regular water bottles, soda bottles and such and having two 3/8" airling nipples such as these: DAVEVY CO2 System Pro Tube Valve Guage Bottle Cap Kit For DIY Aquarium Planted Tank For Live Plants Air Diffuser(randomly) Aquarium CO2 Accessories DIY CO2 System Kits Generator Part Bottle Cap It was far less money to make a DIY hatchery than to buy a kit. This aquarium hobby can get costly, quickly, so any way to economize, I'm there.

Brine shrimp hatchery & drip acclimation
Awesome product. Going to be using these for my DIY brine shrimp hatchery and also for drip acclimating my cherry shrimps that should be coming soon! Highly recommended!

May be fine for air but leak fluid
I bought these hoping to use them for drip dosing calcium and alk for my reef tank. Unfortunately they leak so I went back to the cheaper screw type valves. These probably work fine as air valves.

if you need precise control of an airline these cannot be beat.
I bought these to allow precise control of airflow to my brine shrimp hatchery. They work perfectly and can totally shut the airflow off when necessary.
