At first I thought this product is not working because I did not use it right. But once I got the hang of putting this on my hair and coating them properly with the conditioner bar, it worked really well ! And it’s quantity is also decent, it does not run out quickly like other conditioners. It’s a good product ! And most importantly it’s great for environment - I honestly find those conditioner bottles very wasteful and cringe. One thing that needs improvement is the packaging , it could be more environment friendly, I prefer a paper or a cardboard box !

I was not sure if this was going to work after going through a lot of positive and negative reviews. I went ahead since this was something new for me and it came within a round box. I have been using it for past 3 months. These are my findings. Cons: If you try to use it like a toilet soap, it is difficult to lather . Apply it directly on the wet hair and magic will happen. Won't lather much, so we may assume it is not working, actually it is. Slip is less. Pros: Comes in a box, so traveling with it or keeping it safe is all settled. Will not melt down easily. Smoothens the hair wonderfully.

The quality of the product has dropped dramatically. I have been using the shampoo and the conditioner for over 2 years now. The one I bought recently is nowhere close to the previous purchases.
