Great knife worth twice the price.
This is really a great quality knife that punches well above its price. Smooth action, great blade shape and very sharp. The knife is blade heavy, but this really aids in positive deployment. The finger grove in the blade really gives you leverage over the blade for cutting or defensive actions. The flipper provides a positive feel and acts as a guard in the open position. This knife is large but not difficult to carry and really feels great in the hand. Highly recommended.

good not perfect just know its big and d2 rusts
unfourtunatly returning because of my 2 negative points the worst being mine arrived rusted seems the manufacturer doesn't use packing grease to keep the d2 from coroding which is unfourtunate because there is a lot of it like A LOT huge knife .15 stock and will say mine at least was perfectly sharp. the other negative is that the handle material is listed as g10 but feels and sounds more like 3d printed plastic which also is unfourtunate because of the hollow sound it makes when the very heavy blade with better action than my 200$ vipers and spydercos have dead falls shut. the plus side if your looking at it is the knife is sharp bearing action is stellar litterally one of the best iv seen centering dead on lock up tight with 25% engagement solid lock geometry I would be cautious with hard use because liner has the slightest flex. may want to flare the lip on the pocket clip a bit if you decide to keep yours its tight and sturdy but a little thin and doesn't quite ramp on a blue jeans seam probably gonna take my refund and get the titanium strider clone they make because even low tier titanium would feel better than the plastic but I truly respect the machining quality. 1 nit pick which is a bit unfair for a 30$ knife is the hardware isnt countersunk but if you want a big scary knife that's razor sharp super fast sturdy and unless you try cold steel tests on it with regular use should last forever its a win just remember she's a big un

Very good built D2 knife ,price is really great
First it's a big knife which i love . Comes with the tool to tighten the pivot and other screws. The tool and screws are even made of nice hardened steel. Then the blade is nice piece of D2 Which sharpens to super sharp edge that cuts everything like butter (very happy about that), holds edge very good so the heat treatment was done right. For the price this is a great knife. Why buy lower grade than D2 steel blade . when other lower grade steel just dull so easily and have such lower toughness and edge retention. The ball bearing pivots help it flip open pretty good . not the super silky like a super expensive knife (but they don't always open super great) but only had it for a lil bit n it is already getting smoother the more i open it. (I own other eafengrow knives and they all open relly nice after a few weeks of use). The liner lock locks up very solid. I seen other brands(expensive ones) that when bang on back of knife will close on your hand. And a knife this sharp that's the last thing you would want to happen. So i tested it by hitting it with 3lb dead blow hammer and it stayed solidly locked up. So very satisfied that it will not fail on me . Then one surprise i really love is the choil on the knife(lil indented curve just behind the blade area where you can put your finger for a choked up grip for better control) .it is the first knife i have owned that it is actually rounded and smoothed out so feel very comfortable when you put your finger there(real reason i never have used or cared for a choil on other knives before) but this one i find myself actually using it on a knife for once. N ya i show that point to all coworkers (were all woodworkers n use knives all the time . i carry 5 knives all the time ,each one is used for different purposes at work ) Well hope this help make someone pick up this nice knife TERRY F.

Bought this for the tool.
I actually purchased this knife a long time back but never received it. Got a refund. I had a screw come loose in my microtech and wanted a tool, remembering this knife came with one and it was still available. I figured, $10 for a tool or $27 for a knife and tool...so I bought it. I'm well aware that this is a rip off of a microtech-strider collaboration design. The tool worked on my microtech, it didn't mar up the hardware so that's great. The knife itself is actually really nice looking and for $27 it's a great camping or beater knife. The blade steel says D2 but I'd bet it's that cheap Chinese steel all Chinese Kershaws use, which is not great. I'd say a step below 440 in characteristics. But, it's cheaper than anything comparable from Kershaws Chinese knives. The blade stock is almost 1/4", or it is 1/4", it's thick! The blade is beautifully ground, to me looks to be hand ground and not machined, or machined and hand finished because of the lines not being exactly matching on both sides. Not something that detracts from the function, just an observation. The forward choil is rounded and comfortable. Most of the squared edges are sharp on this knife. The handle it's more an issue than the blade but an easy thing to fix with sand paper. The handles are not g-10, they are some sort of hard plastic that has a similar appearance from a molded pattern. Without touching them, they do look very similar to g-10. Again, I don't think it really matters at this price point. They are stiff and thick. The nested liner lock is sharp and uncomfortable to actuate, however lock up looks fine. Would I trust it? I really like my fingers so probably not. Knives aren't generally designed to be used in such a way that would cause the lock to fail, so it's not really an issue. If it did fail and your fingers were in the way, the weight of the blade is liable to cause a multi-stitch gash or amputation. It's sharp, don't know if they all come this sharp but I'm happy with the factory edge. The flipper tab works with deliberate force but a lazy flip won't get it. This knife is really smooth and has a good detent, I just think the weight of the blade keeps it from flying out under relaxed flipping. Give it some grunt and it'll damn near fly out of your hand. The thumb stud works well and the copied design is pretty good. Very good traction. They work as external stop pins and butt up against the nested liners for extra support. The pocket clip is awful. Its recessed into the handle which is cool but it's super tight. Ideally for a knife that weighs this much, a belt sheath would be a better option. All in all, I wouldn't be embarrassed to give this to a friend, well one who isn't into knives anyway. It's beefy, decently put together and looks pretty sweet. I plan to beat on it and see how it holds up.

En relación calidad precio, creo que no hay muchas navajas que compitan con esta, estoy impresionado de lo bien que se ve y se siente esta navaja, muy bien!!!
