AVT 100 Composite Decking | WPC Decking Clips| 6mm Hidden Fasteners (100 Box) with stainless screws

Really good hidden fittings. Didn't have one that broke. In hindsight and purely from a cosmetic point of view I wish I had ordered them with black screws.

I used these spacers/ clamps to lay a large area of composite cladding. In general they were pretty easy to use but as the screws provided were shiny stainless steel, they were very visible in between the strips. A black screw would have been preferred but apart from that the quality was pretty good. I did however find that once temperatures dropped to near or below freezing, the clamps would sometimes crack or break very easily. I guess not many people lay decking in sub zero temperatures but for me, this was a slight inconvenience. Once laid though, they appeared to be strong and stable. Time will tell.

These were the perfect size for my deck boards, check they are for your before you buy.

Used this product for compsite decking so easy to fit

I was putting some WPC decking down and ran out of the clips that came with it... so ordered these, thinking they would be the same.. These ones were a little bit shorter than the lip of the decking resulting in the "T" bar across the top taking all the strain, and if you tighten too much they snap . Just make sure you measure the lip of your decking and make sure it matches these clips.
