Amazing product
Looks good and doesn’t burn the bohkoor or the Lubna Also the temperature adjustment is perfectly and safe I returned more than 3 because they were not working it over heating

Poor quality. Stopped functioning after two usages.

Reliable and beautiful design
Strong made and it works with wood. You need to give it some time for it to heat up to right temperature for the wood chips.
