Not extra lean!

I've had ground bison from other sellers, and none of them were as fatty as this stuff. I made two of them on a George Foreman grill, and the drip tray overflowed from all the fat. I've been eating the meat, but I regret this purchase and the fact that I'm now just trying to use it up as opposed to actually enjoying it.
