Delicious. Grew up with eating lupini beans as a snack great protein.

I think I’ve received a bad batch. I’ve gone through many jars of lupini beans in my lifetime, and these are so bitter. The taste is reminiscent me of the stuff you put on your fingernails to discourage biting them. Ugh. And expensive. And unable to return.

I read a few reviews and as far as the packaging my jar had about 7 rounds of bubbles wrap so no issues there. The product and brine it’s in is 100% Top Notch taste and Texture are exactly what I remembered when I bought them from the carts on the corner, they came in a baggy. It’s a great value for the price, if you like Lupini I hope you try this brand.

These are really wonderful beans. They are chewy, nutty and very tasty, and apparently very high in protein. I am generally a dry - soak- pressure cook gal with beans but apparently these beans are very labor intensive and need daily rinsing for 3 days to get rid of the bitterness. That is why I prefer ordering them already made. Great in soups.
