This stair stepper is worth every penny! It is super sleek and doesn’t take up much space at all. It’s lightweight and very easy to move. Noise wise, it’s a little loud, but it doesn’t bother me because I use it while watching TV. I use it for 10 minutes and my legs and glutes are burning! It’s working all the right muscles! I highly recommend this product for people who want to work out and are not looking for a bulky item. I’m so happy I purchased this. I’m 5’4”, 110lbs and it’s very durable and stable.

This thing is spectacular for the price. Im on day 2 and only able to stay on for 7 minutes. I am reading reviews about the resistance not being so great and I thought the same thing when I was putting it together but just get on the machine and give it a few minutes. I used to be a weight lifter but right now I’m 16 months postpartum and very out of shape; I bought this, the dual track ab machine and the deep squat machine from Merach and I feel confident that these will help me shed the pounds and get me ready for the heavy weights again. I feel every muscle from the waist down getting worked from this machine. I would purchase again if I needed to.

Easy to put together and move. Was heavier than expecting. It is heavier than the walking pad/treadmill I have.

I can see how this wouldn't be good for some but for me it's just right. Concentrate on what leg I wanted to work. It's helped me rebuild after an accident.
