Follow their instructions. Still have ringing in my ears. They have been studies on this red light therapy. But what this product delivers misses the frequency of the red light of the strength of the medical studies done.

Red light therapy is amazing, but must be used regularly

It works. My ears are less itchy and less pressure from my allergies. For the price it still feels like a rip off. There’s no instructions. The rubber pieces are hard to install. You’re basically paying $40 for earbuds with a little light that can’t hold any charge. The nose one that has 2 bulbs and can hold a charge is half the price.

Terrible broke within first 2 mins. Wouldn't have given a 1 but it's the only way to review.

It should be noted that the only way to power this device is through a USB port; there is no plug into an outlet. I definitely have gotten a few pops in my ear from using this product. Expect a very mild heat sensation in ear when using.

Doesn’t silence the ear ringing. I use it every day since I purchased and no difference
