This is my 1st time trying a pre-workout. I purchased the grape limeade flavor. It didn't taste bad at all! Per the instructions, I added 1 scoop to 8oz, then 14oz (max on instructions), then 16oz of water, because after shaking it and letting it settle, all of the powder would settle at the bottom even with more water. Nevertheless, as a newbie, the taste and texture wasn't bad. I gulped down about 6oz as I was leaving the house to head to a gym class. Before I could start my car, I started having tingling & itching in my fingers, my ears, my nose and other extremities. It doesn't have any ingredients that I'm allergic to and I have since talked to a few people who mentioned that may be normal. I immediately went into trying to reduce the histamine and prevent a full on allergic reaction, which thankfully never came. After posting this review, the seller reached out and offered to give me a full refund, no strings. The amazing customer service alone has me wanting to tell others about this company. As for me, I'm probably going to leave pre-workouts alone but I will be trying some of their other products, specifically with mushrooms and other adaptogens!

I’ve tried a lot of stimulant free pre-workout powders in my lifetime. This one by far gives me the best pump. The only other comparable one would be transparent labs. Not that it matters to me, but the taste was fine. I typically use unsweetened and unflavored pre-workout powders, so I can stomach just about anything. The taste is not so much as important to me as how the pre-workout makes me feel. This pre-workout powder gave me the most pump I’ve ever felt and enough energy to get through a hard-core workout. I also feel more vascularity than usual with this pre-workout powder. I have no negative feedback about this product and I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a stimulant, free, clean, third-party tested pre-workout powder without any added crap like most other pre-workout powders have.

Definitely felt a boost with this preworkout, I can't deny that. The first time I thought I was having an allergic reaction because of how quickly my arms and face felt the prickling and mild burning sensation. I read the ingredients and several are known to cause skin tingling at high doses. The tingling is harmless but alarming. I now use about 1/3 a scoop because there's no tingling and I don't want to throw it away. Probably won't buy again. Tastes great!

As a personal trainer, I'm always on the lookout for better supplements. With many clients in their 50s or above, and many younger clients wanting to care for their hearts by avoiding stimulants but increasing muscle gains and getting more out of their workout, this has been a must. I share it with my clients, talk it up all the time. It's clinically backed to enhance mind body connections, which my clients and myself can verify! My own coordination has improved in the months I've used this, I keep more of my gains, and my strength, and as advertised I feel energized in a very "me" kind of way, without the buzzing feeling that sends me bouncing off the walls. I can sleep right after working out late, and can genuinely tell from my trackers that I'm getting more from my training with this pre. It doesn't taste like it says, I think, but I like it. Tastes like fruity bubblegum to me. Mixes decently but there is foam, that goes away when you let it sit for a few minutes. For most of us, it's a bit better value if you wait for it to be on discount, but I would still call it worth it at full price. Highly recommended.

They changed the formula and said that they made the formula the same but just changed the label. That’s a lie… The new formula is watered down. I’ve been bodybuilding for 10 years plus and research supplements constantly. Trust me the new formula is not an upgrade so save your money and find a better product.

Having never used a pre-workout before, I was after something that wasn't going to damage my body and help improve gym performance. This product has helped with my gym performance and the nootropic effect has been noticeable to after a few weeks on it, I feel sharper in the mind with more clarify. Would definitely recommend.

this product really boost the body to prepare for workout. definitely worth the money spent on it. I bought it because it does not contain creatine and caffeine.
