Why should the unit be left to stand upright for 24 hours before plugging it in if it was delivered upside down??

The unit uses R290 gas the same as you get in refrigers and as you know you told when you get a unit delivered to wait at lest 24 hours to give the gas inside to settle down. Before use

Hi, I am thrilled with this humidifier, my conservatory walls would run with condensation and need repainting too often. Since using the humidifier the walls stay dry. I keep it on all the time, except when the doors and windows are left open. I would thoroughly recommend it. Where I have it in a corner I had cut the tube shorter and have the water run into a bucket behind the humidifier to save keep emptying the container. I can't see anything about the warranty.
