Used this both on my Android and my husband's Iphone- both with the USB Type C connection and it worked perfectly and quickly. Loved that it connected right away and was easy to use and I didn't need to spend a bunch of time reading the manual or looking up videos. Seriously just plug in the receiver and turn on the mic and it connects. Obviously you need to know how to correctly hold and speak into a microphone and when you do, it's a quality sound. Super affordable so I am not afraid to let my kiddos hold this mic, unlike other mics we have in the house. This will be my go to when we're going places and want to have a natural interview look and feel.

Love it for doing interviews. Works great on mobile for recording with my phone. It's always nice to have options with connecting the mic. Great for the price to have a on the go interview mic. Plus the stickers on not on my default, so you can order your own and out them on.

Great audio quality, lightweight, super easy to connect, love the fact that the receiver is right under it so you just unplug it and plug it in your phone, has both gain sensitivity as well as noise reduction, both work great in a live environment, using this to interview people behind the scenes in some LA jams.

The convenience of this plug and play model is unmatched. I wish other manufacturers made superior versions of this with a type C connector that allows wireless mic capabilities. Use this to interview Congressman Thomas Massie at a press conference recently came through great. Great value for the dollar. Buying a backup would not be a bad idea in case the battery runs out on this. It's charged by type C into the microphone. So you would need a backup microphone if this one died out.

I bought this item needing to use it for an interview but the item was delivered late. Curious to see if it even works, I opened it and followed the poorly written instructions that did not work. "It's useless" I thought and initially gave it a one star. There needs to be a video to show to make it work with an android phone. The microphone itself looks professional but it needs to work was my thought. It's a toy was my other thought or I got a defective item. But several YouTube videos later, I decided to try to just test it by recording a video on my phone with the receiver plugged into my phone and voilla it worked! Please make it known that it's as simple as plugging the receiver into your phone & begin recording! I'm happy with the sound and quality.

This is great for those ‘man on the street’ type of interviews… I was looking at ones that used a transmitter locked inside of it but this is so much better…. It’s all self contained with just a simple usbc plug that must be inserted into your device (phone). I don’t think you would be able to use this with something that uses the TRS or TRRS cable (maybe with an adapter but I can’t confirm) but with a phone it’s great. Sound quality is solid and it comes with a noise muffler that easily slips on top of the mic. I won’t be using this all of the time but for 1 to 1 interviews it’s perfect. The only caveat is the usbc plug for your phone might be too wide if you have some kind of phone cases. I’m using a short male to female extender to give it the clearance.
