If you're a giant or a troll, the bottle is the right size to hold onto
The bottle for the 1000 is HUGE, if you've got boxing glove hands, this probably helps. The lid could still be a challenge, but your teeth could probably handle that. Beyond the bottle, it does the normal thing Tylenol does at a way lesser price. This is due to Amazon branding and bulk buy. I'd say, you can't go wrong unless you have no space for this monstrous bottle.
