Item seems to work just fine. I like the fact that it is in tablet form and I don't have to keep up with bottles of liquid.

They get the job done quickly and efficiently and so easy to use...
Love these...simple to use...you just have to keep dumping the cups with the cleaner down the sink...which is easy but boring! Then you rinse it with clear water...still dumping cups down the drain...and presto!! Your pod coffeemaker is almost like it was when brand new. I am never going to use stinky vinegar to descale our machine again...these are just too wonderful and not stinky.

Works great I ran the system twice (one tablet each time) and regular maintenance since then.

Not very effective
There’s not supposed to be a taste. Doesn’t descale as well as I expected. Had to do it twice. I think vinegar works better.

Easy maintenance for all coffee makers.
So much better and easier than vinegar. No rinsing over and over to get a freshly cleaned pot that will function well.

Descaler tablets are essential for coffee machines
I tried my usual diluted vinegar process which did not clean this machine. Then I got the tablets, which worked beautifully.
