I purchased this radio to power ham &GMRS for bench programming and testing, as well as other miscellaneous electronic projects I tend to get involved with. I have found it to be a great size for this purpose, both physically and capacity wise.I have found the power supply very easy to use, it is simple to set voltage 0-30VDC and maximum amperage up to 10A. There are also USB & USB-C ports (fixed capacity) for quick & easy charging of other devices. Additionally, this power supply has a ‘charge’ function for various chemistry of storage batteries—simply set your voltage, engage the charge feature, and the power supply will auto sense the battery chemistry and optimized charge rate. Very nice!Overall the build quality is very good. The display is easy to read, dial controls are easy to operate & reliable, push button switches click with consistent positive tactile feedback. You will occasionally at higher capacity demand hear the cooling fan ramp up but overall the unit is very quiet and unobtrusive. Spot checking the display meters against a known accurate high end digital multimeter shows we are typically within +/- .01 unit accuracy on both meters as well as calculated wattage.My only criticism of the power supply/Charger is the quality of the included power leads. Super light weight and just feel second rate. I bought what I feel to be a better quality set here on Amazon and am much happier with them. Overall in my opinion this is a great product for any electronic hobbyist.

Works perfect - great price point / quality ease of use.

These are great power supplies. I've been burning two of them in overnight and watching voltages on both a meter and scope.What I like:* Produces stable voltage for such a small, lightweight power supply (I do most in 3.3V-5V levels). Very compact.* Both units are consistent with each other (including being slightly low of stated voltage by 0.4%).* Volt/amp can be set by continuously rotating knobs, or by pushing to select decimal place, turn for course adjustment, then push again to* Power connectors are below knobs at the bench level, so power wires from stacked or side-by-side PSUs don't get in the way of accessing another one's knobs.* Excellent bright and readable display.* Out button to disconnect power from output without turning off unit* USB ports are powered regardless of voltage setting or "Out" button stateSo why only 4 stars?I'm not reducing to 3 stars because I'm keeping in mind that this is a great value at the price, but there are some things you should consider:* Voltage output is low by 0.02V at 5V reading, but again, it's stable, so nothing you can't account for with a voltmeter if that much precision is important.* When you press the OUT button to send power to the output, the voltage is not instantaneously at the set voltage. It comes in lower by about 0.5V and crawls up to the slightly low number 0.02V low in about 2-3 seconds.* When you either power off the unit or hit the OUT button to stop output, it doesn't go to zero immediately. Instead it takes more than a minute to get to 0V. It goes from 5v to 1v in the first 5 seconds, then slowly trails off and is still at 0.3v at 30 seconds. The OUT button does not appear to be a dry contact cut-off.I haven't used the battery charge function, but that was another feature that broke the tie versus other units I saw in this price range.First, several multimeters read 4.98V when the PS is set to 5V - but it's consistent.SHort corddrain voltageinaccurate

This is an impressive piece of kit for its size, with a super display, and easily adjusted settings.It does exactly what is says, and is a reliable source of DC power with near perfect accuracy.Bonus USB & USB C charge points.Delighted with this! 👍

This is an excellent single channel power supply with a lot of features. I love the bright digital readout. I use it to work from home frequently. I showed it to people at work and they want to buy a bunch for our lab. I didn't realize it came with a USB charger in it. I end up using that all the time to keep my DMM charged. The OCP works well. The voltage seems very quiet and stable. The controls are very intuitive. I didn't have to read the manual to get it to work.

Been wanting one of these power supply units for sometime now. Looked and read so many reviews and bought this one. So far has really worked wonders for me. Troubleshooted a couple of car stereos, some vehicle lights, odds & ends electrical stuff all from my garage work bench. Oh yeah it also revived an old 12VDC battery i thought was dead. So I have so many projects to do now. This is a gem of a DC power bench/table top power supply. You will not be disappointed with this one. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.!!!!

This is a very nice unit. Can't beat the price.

Very useful tool. Monitoring the AMP loading at constant voltage on small DC motors allowed me to get real information on friction differences between cleanings, bearing changes, and gear box adjustments to maximize efficiency.

Für den Modellbau genau das Richtige, Preis/Leistung absolut gerechtfertigt.

Gostei da fonte, ele vem em 220v é normal isso, ela até liga, mas alguns ajustes de tensão podem não funcionar se não estiver na tensão de rede certa, tirei a etiqueta que fica em cima da chave seletora de coloquei para 115v.A tensão que só chegava a 27v chegou até 32v depois da mudança.Fiz alguns testes e tá tudo normal
