It has a nice flavor to it and the quantity will certainly last me a few months I tend to eat a lot of cheese more than most people, I was a little skeptical at first about quality but after tasting the first slice I was sold. Given that it is good quality I will definitely buy again when I get low on stock.

This cheese on the milder side of sharp cheddar cheese. This box has 4 square logs 5 pounds each of sliced cheese. My family loves it so much that the first log went super fast. The second log is almost gone. I froze two logs because I know that cheese can be frozen for 3 months easy. At the rate my family eats this cheese I may have to order another box soon
