Received a Defective Inverter – Needs Immediate Replacement

I ordered a Microtek inverter from Amazon, but the product I received is defective and does not work at all. This is very disappointing. I expected to receive a properly tested product, but instead I got a faulty inverter. This is not done. I request that the seller immediately replace this defective inverter and send me a brand-new, fully working unit as soon as possible. I hope this issue is resolved quickly.

Firstly I receive used used product with internal defect after a replacement I got new one, I don't understand why sellers do this type of cheep activity to disappoint the people, so please buyers be careful from these things.
