Good
These arrived in one piece and fresh tasting. They held together as good as a taco shell can hold together if not better.

Our Fav!
These are so good. I order them by the multiples. The only thing I wish is that they used a better quality oil. I'm glad they are organic but now I wish we had them made with tallow or non-seed oils. But for now it's the best we can do. Oh, and don't order these with other heavy items. They will break easy. We put them in the toaster oven just long enough to start to sizzle and they get super light and crispy.

Crunchy and Healthy + how I prepare and what I add...
I read many reviews saying these were stale and not crunchy -untrue! You know what? There are too many lazy and moronic individuals writing reviews; I'm so sick and tired of spoiled people who want gluten free, organic, healthy, but expect these to taste like a lard-laden, salty, taco bell taco shell. These are healthy people! They also taste amazingly good for unsalted, gluten-free taco shells. First of all, mine were packaged great -nothing broken at all and crispy upon opening. The box also recommends toasting them for a couple minutes to be more crunchy. I put three in a frying pan (medium heat, no oil) and let them toast on medium-low heat for about a minute or so on each side -if you have many to toast, you can also put them in the oven (do not use a toaster). I was pleasantly surprised that these held up to stacking and eating without falling apart at all! They didn't snap in half at the bottom like some taco shells do when you bite into them. These were wonderful!!! Buy them and toast them (if you want but don't complain they aren't crispy enough for your liking if you can't be bothered to toast for 2-3 minutes in a pan). I started eating cold but spicy vegetarian tacos for dinner every night (trying to lose weight and be more healthy). I don't want to cook much at night, so here's what I'm doing (btw, you can make it hot if you prefer) but delicious and spicy tacos (up the quantity or add some meat if you are not in weight loss mode or you are bigger or very active individual): Toast 3 tacos shells for 1-2 minutes each side on medium heat (then layer as follows) Little arugula and chopped leeks to cover the whole bottom of the shell (or lettuce or cilantro and onions, etc.) Little shredded cheese of your choosing Hot sauce now, if you like -yes, please for me! I use a few shakes of regular Tabasco sauce since it's healthy and spicy Well drained low or no sodium beans of your choosing -I love dark red kidney beans or chili beans Guac the way you like -I keep it fresh/simple... avocado, red onion, minced garlic, lime juice and black pepper Top with a small dollop of sour cream and some cilantro leaves Yummmm...

Taco Shells that Don't Break all Over the Place!
If you enjoy eating tacos but prefer not to have the taco shell break into a million pieces while eating it you may find these taco shells quite good. They are perfect with ground chicken cooked with the taco seasoning by this brand. I also made the tacos with sour cream, salsa, sharp cheddar cheese and lettuce. They were great. One pound of meat is about right for this package of taco shells. I will get these again. It was easy to also heat up the taco shells in a 350 degree oven for a few minutes. ~The Rebecca Review
