My mom’s muscle mass went up :)
I got this for my mom (she’s in her mid-50s) because she’s been worried about losing muscle mass, even though she works out regularly. No pamphlet telling you anything about it other than what was on the box
There were no instructions on how to take this. Only said 3 a day. I finally found the answer on Google. Google said to read the instructions. Really? Also wasn't packed very well. Like it had been opened.

First review on a supplement because this one works!
I have taken many supplements to build muscle size and strength over the last 35 years. Animal products were my go-to until I found Siallac. At age 53, I can use all the help I can get to maintain muscle strength and mass. I see size and definition from just a few short weeks of using this supplement along with creatine and EAAs. Without a doubt, with 100% certainty, I can honestly say this supplement works. As with all supplements, you have to put in the work to see results.

Feeling improvements
I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, and I’m starting to notice some improvements. My muscle strength and recovery after workouts seem better, and I feel less fatigued during endurance exercises. The fact that it's backed by clinical trials gave me confidence to try it. I read that 6’-Sialyllactose may have benefits in this area, so we decided to give it a try.
