How do you plan to use it? The CryBaby is an analog pedal that you plug your guitar into, and you plug the CB into a guitar amp. This board is a bunch of MIDI switches you'd use to control MIDI devices: no audio in the signal chain here, just switch on/off for the switches, and control values for the "expression pedal" inputs. You can't use the CryBaby pedal as an expression pedal plugged into this unit. There is a way you can use an analog guitar volume pedal as an expression pedal (though the range is a bit off.) Search the web for "strymon use volume pedal as expression pedal" for more info. I've tried this. Actual expression pedals work better, but it does work.

Is the power adapter “auto-volt”, meaning it can take input from 220v and 110v power outlets? sometimes i’m outside usa.
