Regarding weather, I have only worn this belt in relatively mild conditions, but I can confirm that you will still need to use an umbrella or a coat in inclement weather, as it offers little protection from rain. It's lack of ability to protect from uv rays means that you will require appropriate attire in direct sunlight. If only I had known this I wouldn't have got heatstroke, but I'm glad at least that it has put me in a position of experience from which I can advise and protect others. Don't make the same mistake I did and assume that this product offers protection such as would be afforded by Thanos' infinity gauntlet. Please believe me, it does not.
