Yes the isolate is lactose free, fat free and sugar free. But it’s definitely better with low fat milk

Yes unfortunately, Whey protein which is Milk based is gonna have a higher cholesterol content. But other Plant based protein is lower in Fat and Cholesterol. But I digest Whey better and I like the flavor and consistency more. Plus I’ve seen the best results since using this brand.

Very delicious and creamy, and a great price. Will order everytime from now on, I've been disappointed with the past two high end powders I've tried, I was so relieved when I tried this one and found it to be so good, I was told by my doctor that I had to increase my protien intake if I was going to keep fasting because at my age I was at risk for loosing muscle mass.
