I bought this ketchup as an everyday alternative to some of the more expensive brands, and honestly I was pleasantly surprised. The flavour is rich, slightly tangy and works well with a wide variety of foods. It has quickly become a regular item in our cupboard. What impressed me most is the taste. It has a good balance of sweetness and tomato flavour without being overpowering. It pairs perfectly with chips, burgers, sandwiches and many other meals. The flavour is enjoyable and family-friendly. I also really like the consistency. The ketchup is smooth and easy to squeeze from the bottle without being too runny or too thick. It spreads well and doesn't create unnecessary mess. The texture feels just right. Another thing I appreciated is the value for money. The 500ml bottle provides a generous amount, and the quality compares very well with more expensive alternatives. It offers excellent everyday value. The price makes it an easy choice. The bottle itself is practical and easy to use. It dispenses a good amount each time and stores neatly in the fridge or cupboard. Everything feels straightforward and convenient. It works exactly as expected. I have used it with a variety of meals and snacks, and it has been consistently enjoyable. The flavour complements food nicely without overpowering it. I'm going to be honest, I don't use ketchup that often and when I do use it, it tends to be as an ingredient rather than a condiment. So I'm perhaps not the best person to review this. However! I thought the taste, texture and smell were comparable to the well-known name brands and much better than the supermarket own-brand offerings, at a competitive price. It wasn't too watery, too sugary or too vinegary which are problems I usually find with affordable ketchups. I thought it had a nice balance of flavours. My only complaint is that, despite leaving it in the fridge, it seemed to get "fizzy" quicker than others. But then I didn't go through the bottle very quickly so perhaps that's on me. If I need ketchup again in the future, I'd probably reorder this one.

This was a surprising find, Amazon branded ketchup, who woulda thought? It did not disappoint, as someone who doesnt adore ketchup, but does enjoy it in the odd meal, this blew me away, I actually prefer this to the larger name brands, and its cheaper, score! Its nice and creamy, easy to get the right amount out of the bottle (can't take that forgranted these days), and has a very nice taste, not too strong, not too weak. The bottle is surprisingly large, and contains a lot of ketchup, I have been known to have way too much and its been going strong for a good month now, and still tastes as good as when it arrived. As another plus, it is just runny enough to the point where it is easy to get the ketchup to the bottom of the bottle, making it much easier to reduce waste and make the most of it. I think ill have to get this again, highly reccomended.

However, for dipping chips or fries directly where the ketchup is the main flavor, it falls a bit short. Value vs. Quality The main selling point here is the price. It is significantly cheaper than the big brands. If you have a large family or kids who drown their food in sauce and aren't picky, this is a great money-saver. Verdict It is a passable condiment for the price, but if you are particular about your ketchup, you might want to stick to the big brand. I’ll finish the bottle, but I'll likely switch back to Heinz for my next purchase.

Great tasting ketchup, a little bit too runny and the ketchup is really hard to get out of the bottle, it takes a lot of pressure and then it squirts out uncontrollably. Poor bottle design if you ask me.

Als Alternative zur teureren Markenware ausprobiert, weil wir zu Hause ziemlich viel Ketchup verbrauchen, gerade bei den Kindern zu Pommes oder Nuggets. Geschmacklich überzeugt es mich wirklich, angenehm süß-säuerlich ausbalanciert, nicht zu dominant nach Essig, wie es bei manch günstigerer Ware schon vorgekommen ist. Die Konsistenz ist schön dickflüssig, läuft nicht sofort wässrig vom Teller, sondern bleibt da, wo man es hinhaben möchte. Die Flasche lässt sich gut dosieren, kein unkontrolliertes Herausschießen beim Drücken, was gerade bei Kindern am Tisch praktisch ist, damit nicht gleich der halbe Teller in Ketchup ertrinkt. Meine Kinder haben es anstandslos akzeptiert, sogar ohne den Unterschied zur teureren Marke zu bemerken, was für mich als klares Zeichen für die Qualität zählt. Der Deckel schließt sauber, keine klebrigen Ränder, die sich außen festsetzen, wie es bei manch anderer Flasche gerne passiert. Für den deutlich günstigeren Preis im Vergleich zu bekannten Markenprodukten ein wirklich überzeugendes Ergebnis. Für uns als Familie mit hohem Ketchup-Verbrauch eine klare Kaufempfehlung, die wir definitiv weiter im Einkaufskorb haben werden.

Man schmeckt tatsächlich noch eine leichte Säure und eine fruchtige Tomatennote heraus. Die Konsistenz ist genau richtig – fest genug, dass er auf dem Teller nicht wegläuft, aber flüssig genug, dass man ihn gut dosieren kann. Verpackung Die 500ml-Flasche liegt gut in der Hand. Der Verschluss ist sauber verarbeitet; bisher verklebt nichts am Deckel, was bei uns im Kühlschrank oft das größte Ärgernis ist. Ein kleiner Druck reicht aus, um die gewünschte Menge zu bekommen. Was man wissen sollte: • Zutaten: Der Tomatenanteil ist absolut vergleichbar mit teureren Markenprodukten. • Preis-Leistung: Hier punktet das Produkt natürlich voll. Wer einen soliden Alltags-Ketchup für Pommes oder zum Kochen sucht, macht hier nichts falsch. Fazit: Er wird meinen absoluten Favoriten für das "besondere" Steak vielleicht nicht verdrängen, aber für den täglichen Gebrauch, für die Kids oder zum Verfeinern von Saucen ist er top. Für den Preis eine echte Empfehlung!

schön würzig, nicht zu süß und genau richtig für Pommes oder Burger.... Die Konsistenz ist angenehm, nicht zu flüssig.... Ein Stern Abzug, weil ich persönlich etwas mehr Tomatenstücke und weniger Essig rausschmecke, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Für den Preis und die Menge aber völlig in Ordnung....

Am Land ohne Fortbewegungsmittel müssen auch die einfachsten Dinge als Vorrat über Prime hier, wie zum Beispiel Ketchup, und bei diesem habe ich null Einwände. Schlägt preislich so ziemlich alle anderen Marken um Welten, manche sogar geschmacklich. Diese ist, wie schon überall bezeugt, tomatig, fruchtig, und hat generell das richtige Säureverhältnis, um klassisches Allrounder-Ketchup zu sein. Die Rezeptur ist auch ganz simpel. Wenn es eine (scharf) gewürzte Version dieses Ketchups gäbe, wäre ich natürlich sofort dabei.
