AVOID THESE
I will never order vitamins from here again. I have been taking multi vitamins i purchased from amazon. Ever since taking them i have been sick every day, dizzy, my bladder is so weak. I stopped taking these three days ago. And i feel absolute awful. Sore head, pain down my side, exhausted, sick. 100% do not recommend these. I had to give a star to submit my review but i would rate these very poor.

Not recommended
These didn't do a thing. I chose them as they were cheaper than the brand I usually go for.I've now gone back to a well known brand that specialises in hair, skin, and nails and when you compare the dosages these tablets are extremely low in everything. I'm mid 30's and still as regular as clock work with my time of the months so my iron and minerals need to be up. Will not be recommending these.

Not for me
This is not for me. Been using this for over 3 years and didn't feel any changes. Level of energy the same , the skin, quality of my hair, nails no changes. Waste of money

Nasty side effects!!!
Seemed fine for two weeks, then broke out in cystic acne around my face and neck. Also really greasy hair. After reading multiple forums these side effects of taking a 'multi vitamin' is due to iodine and biotin. After two weeks of stopping them my skin and hair has gone back to normal. Disgusting considering this is a multi vitamin.

Retched every day
I can’t say I’ve noticed any difference in how I’m feeling but these made me retch within a matter of minutes, even with a stomach full of food. Big fry tablets which even snapped in half and swallowed with a lot of water felt like they stuck in your throat.

Expiry date is in two weeks!
Expiry date is in two weeks (end of February 2025), also the pills look different from the ones bought in Boots. Unable to return, waste of money.

Hard to swallow
I don’t normally have problems when taking tablets, but these are so hard to swallow. I have even cut them in half to try and help but have still had problems.
