I wear them every day. As such, this could easily become an expensive “essential” to maintain. Okay, not really “essential”, but those that wear lashes everyday feel a little “incomplete” without them… Someone knows what I’m talking about…Anyway, my assessment:1. The lashes are freakishly long! If you are new to lashes or used to wearing a shorter, more natural look, then these might not be the ones for you. But if you tap into your “inner DIVA” and give them a chance, I’m sure you’ll love them. I started out wearing Ardell Wispies (which are far shorter), so I was a little self-conscious about the longer length (Plus I am more on the conservative side). BUT now, I ROCK THESE LIKE THE BEST OF THEM!!!2. The lashes are relatively thin… Front on, one would barely notice that you’re wearing them, but from a profile you’d notice the length (which I personally like). But of course you can double them for more of an effect. The lashline and fibers are soft and flexible, yet strong! I personally can get 7 days (minimum) from one pair of lashes (particularly once gained confidence in the adhesive...a little goes a long way). I’ve gone 10 days with one pair just as test…but by day 10, the fibers at the lashline looked a little matted together (despite cleaning them every night). I use either Ardell or Duo adhesive and I remove them with Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover by Neutrogena. The day’s adhesive just peels right off with some needle point precision tweezers (I’m sure any tweezers would do. Occasionally I just use my fingers).3. The Economy of the product. As much as I feel that lash extensions are now a staple of my make-up regimen, they are still yet an indulgence. And that expense can add up quite quickly, particularly w/daily use… I personally couldn’t justify it when I have other “financial responsibilities”. Anyway, for 14.86 (including shipping) I got 10 pairs of lashes, $1.48/pair. I average 7 days per set, which is $0.21/day. Even if you only got 3 days of use per set, it is still only $0.49/day. Even I can’t say NO to that!!!I've posted a side by side comparison of my top 3 brands. Based on the economy of the product, Ardell is the least economical. The Christina brand may be slightly longer than Cherishlook (maybe a mm or so, but it's negligible) and you only get 6 pairs per bundle. But the cost/per is commensurate. Cherishlook is no frills, comes in a ziplock bag, and is unbranded packaging...which likely contributes to the low cost.So for my more conservative ladies, they may be a little uncomfortable at first (not the lashes, but the boldness of the length). But unleash that INNER DIVA and you’ll be right to go! OWN IT! However, there are plenty other lash patterns and/lengths to consider…particularly at this price point.For my full-fledged bona fide Divas…Buy with confidence!Also, if you are looking for storage for used lashes, a double lipstick case works great. Simply trim the tray and there is enough room for your adhesive and applicator tool. I ordered the 513 lashes and they are beautiful. They are so comfortable and natural looking.
