So yummy you remember to take them.
Because they are Gummies and they taste great I do end up taking my vitamins. I’ve read about these being good for people with MTHFR gene mutation. I actually don’t know if I have that, but I do think that my energy level is better after having taken these.

These Vitamin B gummies are delicious! The peach flavor is really good. It doesn't have a chemical taste like many do. I actually enjoy taking my vitamins in the morning. They are easy to access, they offer a good amount of energy and pep to my step. They stick together slightly, but they aren't sticky to my hands, which I appreciate.

Perfect B complex
I use to go get b complex shots and now I use B 100. Two a day and you are set! My hair skin and nails look amazing. Also my labs are on point now. They are like a treat as they taste so yummy!

Great Flavor
My husband who doesn't like any supplement I purchase, really loves these. The flavor is great with no aftertaste. I will be getting labs drawn soon, so I am hoping to see some change in at least my b12 levels.

Delicious
These are so delicious. I have no idea how they pack so much delicious into one little thing that contains vitamin B 100 these kind of vitamins usually smell awful and they taste awful. Not this one. This is really worth your money because I’ve checked the amount of vitamins on the back and they are exactly the same as the pills. They’re very comparable. They hold about the same milligrams as those nasty tasting pills so I would definitely recommend these. The only drawback is the expense. They’re more expensive than pills.

Sticks and dries out.
The cubes stick together badly. And tear when you try to separate them. They also dry out... even with the lid tightly closed, the get dry and hard. Not like regular gummy vitamins. Flavor is just ok. But a little weird.
