Tried this version because i trust the sponsor speaker. Some other brands are more expensive, or less expensive, or less potent. I did not get sick while my own brother and mother coughed in my face on the cough and cold going around in early December. They do that all the time--no manners. Later that evening, i felt a sore throat coming on, but upon spraying, woke to have no onset of their illness. Product is good, but when I calculated the actual ppm of Silver present in the solution I only get 175 ppm instead of 200 ppm (Like it says on the bottle) How I calculated ppm Parts per million (ppm) = (miligrams of silver)/(Liters of Solution) There are 60 mL (0.060 L) of solution in the bottle There is 0.175 miligrams (175 mcg) of Silver per serving and there are 60 servings in the solutions. So (0.175 mg Silver)*(60)=10.5 mg of Silver in whole bottle Plug all that in to the ppm equation you get: (10.5 mg Silver)/(0.060 L Solution) = 175 ppm Silver Solution

It's one of those products where you aren't sure if it works because you take it as a preventative and who knows if you would have gotten ill or not without it.
