I had heard about it's nutritious benefits when my mother encouraged me to try it due to it's great taste, knowing how conscious I was about putting healthy foods into my diet. So I finally bought this version and surprised the husband with it as a replacement for his overnight oats, and he absolutely loves it! I find it to resemble Cream of Wheat in cooked texture but with a more light nutty flavor, which as a child I adored. So adding all the beneficial prebiotic goodies like cinnamon, ginger, collagen, turmeric, chia seed, dried apricots, dried cranberries, blueberries, raspberries...well, you can add just about anything you want to this superfood to benefit your gut!
