This is a perfect fit and solution to a missing shell

Arrived Broken
The cover itself looked fine and arrived on time, but the locking clip/tab was broken right out of the package. Because the clip was damaged, the back cover would not snap onto my Mercedes key fob and kept falling off. I compared it to the original and the retaining tab was clearly broken. Unfortunately, the part was unusable and I had to order another replacement.

I had to order 3 of these because the first one broke. But they fit my Mercedes keys perfectly. The backs fell off somewhere and I didnโt know you could replace just the back. I was just scrolling through Amazon when I found these. Glad I looked because having no battery cover on my keys was driving me crazy!
