At the first hour everything was cutting perfectly and sodendly couples screws came out and that's why I didn't like that much

I'm saving hundreds of dollars doing this myself.
No more balancing myself on a step-ladder. With an 18' reach, I can finally attack my Honey Do list and trim my trees and bushes to a more suitable size. This is a very useful tool and a welcome sight in the tool shed.

For homeowner light duty use
Good for homeowner use. Aluminum poles flex more than I'd like, but does the job. Mine came with a damaged pull rope that needs replacing. It's what I expected for the price. How do I get a replacement pull rope?

The more, the cheaper.
Poles are cheaply made. Begins to to bend and plastic begins to crack on the first use.
