The 458 fits most consumer DSLRs. It features a tough acrylic lens for top-quality photos and extra protection. It allows you to get photos when it’s really wet. And yes, even underwater! It’s sand-proof as well as waterproof so you can take your camera safely to the beach (sand destroys even more cameras than water). Aquapac have sold over 5 million waterproof bags and cases, and have won the Queen’s Award for Enterprise three times. Review: Brilliant - Had 2 of these now - the first one I damaged because I had a rotating focus lens on my camera and it scratched the inside of the lens when I was using it. NO WATER ISSUES for snorkelling on either unit. It works really well and you can have a good SLR with you whilst swimming with the fishes - I got some really good shots from it. It is easy to use although it is a bit awkward working the buttons underwater through the bag - just get set up beforehand. Best thing is it creates it's own bouyancy so if you drop your camera due to a large fish swimming by (for instance!) your camera bobs up rather than sinks below your feet. Came in handy. I also had a chat with their customer care team after the scratches incident and they wanted to give me a whole new unit free, but my honesty took the better of me and bought one instead! Still I was very impressed with them for that. Overall not the best you can buy for your camera, but unless you are spending in the thousands it is very much what you want to buy to protect your camera when swimming and snorkelling. Review: Disappointing product too small for pro DSLR - I really wanted to love this product but sadly it falls well short. Firstly in it is too small to take canon 5dm4. The body just about fits although it is really hard to see what you are shooting. It is an extremely tight fit to get a 24-70 lens to fit. Even then at 24 mm the bag get in the Frame and it is very hard to zoom. An 85mm lens simply doesn't fit. This bag may well work if you have a smaller DSLR with a small kit lens. If you have a Pro DSLR don't bother it won't fit so save time sending it back and don't buy.

Too flimsy
I used to have a bag like this, some 30 years ago. It was very tough and I used it a lot. This one is hardly tougher than a polythene bag! There is no way I would trust my SLR in the water in this flimsy bag.

Can't be trusted
Water leaks through the seams, could just be the one I got but I want to be able to 100% trust it so I got a refund rather than replacement
