## Description

The GTC fuse socket connector kit consists of three connector sizes. A MINI, an ATO and a MAXI to cover the most common fuse socket size requirements in the automotive and vehicular electrical repair field. These specially designed, plastic encapsulated connectors provide quick and reliable access to the fuse block circuits for testing voltages, currents and for tapping into the power line without damaging the fuse block or wiring in the vehicle. The easy access connector tabs are designed to be used with 1/4 inch quick connects, alligator clips, jumper leads or multimeter test leads. Built with durable chrome-plated contact leads for wear and corrosion resistance and a specially designed ABS plastic insulating body for easy insertion and extraction into the fuse socket. ## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can you purchase just the ato/ato socket connector (in quantity) ?  price?**
A: Not that I know of. They are very useful for checking circuits.

**Q: Does it replace a fuse, or do you use it in a blank slot?  Also does it have a "fuse" link inside it?**
A: I use just for testing voltages, and current draw. That plug/package makes it very easy to hook up instruments and evaluate conditions of the circuit. There are no fuse able links inside. Just straight through connections to a 1/4" spade pin on the other side.. "Handy" and better than anything else.

**Q: Do you unplug the negative battery cable or leave the battery hooked up when testing the circuit?**
A: You can leave the battery connected, most fuses don't have power to them with the key off anyways.

**Q: Would this work in place of the fuse, if i ran wires from the fuse box and wired a new inline fuse after it for a fuel pump cutoff?**
