Works great on particle board, includes bits!
Perfect for particle board! Pulled in tightly without stripping. I do recommend a drill bit made for the screws to cut the countersink for the head and the slightly larger hole for the shaft above the threads. Was delighted to find hex shaft screwdriver bit and a Allen wrench in the package to fit the hex head screws.

Heads strip out.
They do strip out easily. Make sure your fit is not too tight around the threads. Elmers glue seems to help the threads move a little better through the wood.

Great for melamine
Using to build garage cabinets out of black melamine. Have to admit , I'm very impressed how quickly they tighten up everything once you screw these puppies in. The fact they make a black version of this screw is ideal for my application
