The best zinc paste, in my opinion. The consistency is really thick, so it stays in place and you only need a tiny amount. It’s very effective at healing, and when used early (before the skin becomes too inflamed) it can even prevent irritation! I can wholeheartedly recommend it to all the mamas and their little ones :)

I also really appreciate that it has 40% zinc oxide and is fragrance free and hypoallergenic, because for that area I prefer straightforward formulas without unnecessary extras, especially when sensitive skin is involved. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is definitely harder to remove than lighter diaper creams, but honestly, that is not a downside for me. That thicker texture is part of what makes it so effective. For me, this is not just another diaper cream to keep around “just in case.” It is the one I reach for when things get serious, and it has absolutely earned a permanent place in our home.

We are big fans of triple paste but recently when our child had significant diaper rash that regular triple paste couldn’t kick- I ordered this and within 48 hours with consistent re applying it cleared up! I will now use this for refractory diaper rash or if the triple paste regular isnt seeming to help. Cons: Expensive for amount so I plan to use sparingly Overall is worth it because it definitely helped nip the persistent diaper rash in the bud and provided relief.
