I did not buy this phone for the purpose of email / Facebook / Internet browsing so cannot comment on how good / bad it features for this type of use.I have had the phone 6 months or so & have found it reliable & user friendly. You have touch screen & keypad use, which are easy to operate. The touch screen may not be as speedy as other phones on the market ( occasionally freezes), but it does the job! The camera takes a good pic, the phone's memory/ storage is more than adequate for my needs. You have 'slide to answer' or 'keypad answer' options.
