I have tiny bumps and white dandruff on my face been using this for a week with on important how long do you use it?

Sounds like you may have seborrhoeic dermatitis (SD), check out the website dandruffdeconstructed.com then look at the SD section. It covers a scientific explanation of the condition, a list of ingredients that will exacerbate it and a number of products that people have found that seem to really help. You may need to try a few different things. I personally use cerave face wash, then biom8 oil, and sebclair followed by a cerave am or pm cream. For me that really controls it for the most part. Individual flare ups thereafter seem manageable with the sulfur cream. Doctors will readily hand you steroid creams. They will work amazingly in the beginning but they thin the skin and you cannot stay on them. In my experience when you come off the steroid creams the situation is much worse so I would recommend just getting straight on to these non steroidal products. For me it has had a profoundly positive impact as the condition can really get you down until you find a regime to control it.

Can you use this on your scalp
