The product connects and works as advertised. The quality is very nice. The small quality of Life (QOL) features, such as storage for USB devices, the location of the plugin ports for charging, and minor elements, combine to make a great product.

I was excited to get this keyboard, but when I opened the box the backspace key was already popped off. I tried to clip it back in and it never sat right or worked. Not great for something that is supposed to be brand new. I contacted their customer service and they were actually great. They replied quickly, apologized, and sent a replacement right away. The support team made the situation a lot less frustrating.

Update: 11/10/25: Rapoo reached out with a nice email and offered a refund. Then they went dark. Why would I expect anything from this company is the true question. Sub par design, sub par life expectancy, and now a completely disconnected engagement with support. I f you are going to reach out then FOLLOW UP. I was fond of Rapoo but no more. I liked a set I had from work and ordered this. The problem is the mouse buttons above the thumb. My hands are not big but my thumb constantly hits the back button. I have tried to deactivate the button with no success. This set is going to the trash after 90 days. In the meantime, my other Rapoo mouse I liked won't hold a charge. So that's another set of Rapoo junk going to the trash. I would not recommend this company for anything!

This keyboard and mouse was terrific! ...for the first 9 months. Over the past month, the keyboard has had trouble connecting via bluetooth, up to the point where it's no longer connecting at all. I've tried everything, but the keyboard won't respond. For a while, the included USB insert worked for the keyboard, but that only lasted for 2 days. Now, the keyboard will light up when plugged into the charge, but it will not respond when attempting to pair or connect - dead as a doornail. Never been dropped, nothing spilled on it, nothing of that nature. It has just died. The mouse has been excellent! Rapoo support has a 2 year warranty, but it's basically meaningless. They tell me to send it back to the seller or a replacement, but the seller doesn't necessarily want anything to do with it after the 30-day return period is over. Amazon very graciously accepted a refund for the defective product, and without them Rapoo wouldn't have done anything. Boo! It's frustrating, as this wasn't a cheap option - has potential, and at the price point, I would expect life far more than 10 months.

Use this for work and home. Battery has lasted me months and I haven't needed to charge it yet

The keyboard is very *long* (same length as my 17" Thinkpad). I personally prefer sculpted ergonomic keyboards, but this delivers on what's advertised: a futuristic-feeling keyboard that's the flattest I've ever used, while still being pretty reasonable to type on (though they made the backspace key shorter than the Enter key, and I'm not used to that). One thing I noticed immediately is that it doesn't work wired: it has a three way switch for dongle, Bluetooth, and off. I'm not that paranoid about the power going out at a critical moment and not being able to type while it charges--but more about the battery going bad and then just having a piece of e-waste that can't be used for anything. What I was really interested in was the MX-Master-clone mouse (MT760SE model, that charges via USB-C). I can say "if you've never tried a MX Master mouse, and don't care about the side scroll wheel or buttons, you might think it's the best mouse you've used". But I've used a MX Master 3S every working day for a year, to where it's practically a body part. Turns out I'm in the set of people who would still be willing to pay twice the price to get the MX Master. Every deviation from the Logitech design is inferior in some way (well, except that the Rapoo can store its dongle in the bottom of the mouse under a magnetic door. I guess the fact that it's a little lighter could be argued as being good...it seems superficially a little cheaper if you pick it up, but I don't notice any difference in usage.) The two main buttons and the scroll wheel on the Rapoo mouse are better in person than I thought they'd be from what I saw in video reviews. The buttons have to press down a bit further than the MX Master, but it's still a muted push that isn't quite a "click" and won't bother those around you. I wasn't expecting much from the plastic-instead-of-metal scroll wheel, but it ratchets pretty well (though fundamentally incapable of the features in the variable resistance wheel on the MX Master). The choice to put the side scroll wheel on the top of the mouse puts it way too high--so if you do video editing or something and plan on using the side wheel then definitely go with the MX Master instead--because it's not something you're going to enjoy using on the Rapoo. The forward and back buttons on the side don't protrude enough, partially because the mouse curves in for the thumb area vs. outward. At the end of the day, it's still a good mouse. You probably know if you're the sort of person who would pay twice the cost of a mouse to get a 5 star experience instead of a 4. And if you are the sort who wasn't going to use the side scrolling or forward/back buttons anyway, then it really comes down to how demanding you are of your scroll wheel. You may be doing your wallet a favor to get this mouse over the MX Master and not cultivate a taste for expensive things that haunts you for all future mouse purchases! If you're in the market for a flat keyboard as well, then this package deal might be for you.

Step four - On second day - Repeat back- pat after successfully connecting mouse to computer same way with same steps 🥳

Quel magnifique produit et qui fonctionne à la perfection! Je recherchais un clavier et une souris ergonomique pour le travail et pour les jeux aussi. Les touches creuses, l'ergonomie de la souris ainsi que les boutons de raccourcis sur la souris sont simplement parfait. Je ne pensais pas que les touches creuses pouvaient accélérer mon travail, mais c'est bien le cas! Je fais de la programmation, des dossiers Excel et du gaming. Ça répond parfaitement à chacune de ces sphères. Il s'agit clairement d'une équivalence à un produit Logitech très dispendieux. J'ai longtemps hésité et j'allais acheter le clavier et la souris Logitech au gros prix à plus de 300.00 $, mais heureusement je suis tomber sur ce produit abordable et qui est une véritable équivalence. Je le recommande et je vous garantie que vous ne saurez pas déçu!

Mouse is great. Long battery life. Keyboard falls behind sometimes, but good.

The Bad: - I must say that I am a little bit disappointed with the quality control, right out of the box, you can see in the attached image that the trim around the keyboard is warped, and while this is small, it concerns me with regards to longevity. - As well, I was under the impression that the Keyboard and mouse were linked when switching devices, unfortunately, you have to switch both the mouse and keyboard separately. The good: - Connecting to Bluetooth was really easy. - Both the keyboard and mouse feel good, I would say even amazing with regards to the mouse. - Both devices are rechargeable and were delivered fully charged. I will test for a few days to see if switching devices manually on both items is too annoying and if I can get over the construction, especially for a brand new purchase. I will however, likely return the item. Changing to 1 Star. While the mouse is fantastic, The keyboard is unusable. - Sometimes, there is a delay when pressing a key. - Sometimes, nothing happens when pressing a key. - Sometimes, multiple entries are appearing when pressing a key. The seller was amazing and went out of their way to help me out with my concerns, they have stated that they will work on the construction of the keyboard to prevent the trim issue. A replacement was issued and i am satisfied.

Horrific quality. Got the product and right after attaching the usb c the outer rim was detached from body at top side. I saw the same issue is reported by some other reviewer too. It’s a serious built issue. Also it does not have any backlighting as claimed by some other reviewer. May reviews got mixed up with different models. The spacebar does not work at right side and need a solid firm and slow press to register. Returned it in one day with such disappointing experience.
